Extremely rare and unusual rock formations are just one of many beautiful things you will see at Devil's Punchbowl. With an elevation starting at 4,200 ft above sea level, the view over the high desert seems to go on forever. Beautiful pine trees & fresh air abound at this hidden geological wonderland.
There is something for every outdoor enthusiast at this natural park including well maintained trails ranging from 1/3 mile to 7 miles. Several scheduled events take place on a regular basis such as geology walks, full moon hikes and meteor shower viewings. Other activities include: rock climbing, horse back riding, campfire programs, bird watching, picnicking, and live reptile programs. There is also a natural history museum on site. School and group tours are also available by reservation.

How to get there:
- Exit the Antelope Valley Freeway (14) at Pearblossom highway (138), Head east on Pearblossom highway and follow it to the town of Pearblossom; turn right (south) on Longview Road. Park is 7 miles from this point and signs are highly visible to guide you there.
What to bring:
- A jacket is recommended in all seasons but summer.
- Hiking boots are recommended
- Plenty of water and snacks
- Sunblock
You should know:
- Summer months can get VERY hot - Water is essential!
- Dogs are allowed on trails as long as they are on a leash
- Donations are greatly appreciated as they are needed to feed the animals and expand current exhibits.
