Dry Town water park is a great place to go on those hot days in the AV. The park features a six-acre Old West mining town-themed aquatic park with a 925-foot lazy river; a 35-foot water slide tower with three water slides and a splash pool; 6,000-square-foot children's water playground; a food and beverage snack bar with patio area; a merchandise store; a covered picnic area and arcade.
For groups there is also a community room and large grassy area for group outings, Special group rates are available if reservations are made in advance.

How to get there:
- Exit the Antelope Valley Freeway (14) at Avenue S and head East. Water Park is just beyond 35th Street East. Signs are visible and the water park is easily spotted from Avenue S.
What to bring:
- Towel
- Sunblock
- Swimsuit (nothing overly provocative is allowed. ie: thongs)
- Children in diapers should wear swim diapers (however if you've forgotten them, they can be purchased inside the park)
You should know:
- Street clothes, cutoffs, snaps, buttons, rivets, belts and metal ornamentation are not allowed
- There are a limited number of lockers on the premises
- Children can not bring their own flotation devices or "floaties"
- Kids 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 and over
- CA drivers license or identification card is required to receive residents discount.
- Personal food and/or drink is not allowed inside the park
- All entrants to the park must pay admission fee, even if you don't plan to ride the rides
