Today's section 8 drama

Lately I have noticed a major pile up of shopping carts on my street and I hear people pushing them down the street at all hours. This morning I just about backed into one and when I looked down the street I saw about 8 carts piled up in front of the section 8 neighbors house. What the heck do you steal shopping carts for???

Just this morning the neighbor on the corner that I swear has a meth lab in his house decides he wants to ride his quad LOUDLY down the street and when he saw me looking at him he rudely stops and yells WHAT?!? I am so sick of these people but I don't know what to do about it. I dont know if I should call the sheriff about the quad incedent. Are quads illegal on the city streets? I know I shouldnt be scared to live in my own neighborhood but I am feeling afraid to walk outside anymore.

Lancaster Palmdale section 8 BS

I have been hearing about this valley turning intoa  section 8 dump for years. With this latest slump in the market Ive seen the growth of section 8 homes increase drastically in my neighborhood. I have a house on the corner that looks like a meth lab. The cops are there all the time and they are constantly fighting. This family of 4 or 5 or 10 for all I know is constantly fighting and their pitbull is chained up barking at all hours. These people got this house from section 8 so Ive been told.

Then there is a second house 4 houses down from mine that just turned section 8. It was a foreclosure. Dude beats his wife and his kids look like they never take a bath. They have people coming and going connstantly.

To the city of Lancaster: WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?? Why is my once quiet neighborhood turning into a slum along with hundrens of others. It doesn't even matter anymore where in the antelope valley you live becasue even people on the west side are dealing with this crap.  I have a friend over by the college with a  similar scenario on her street. Why is this allowed? Why are we turning our city into a dump for low lives????
