Isn't it great that Rosamond's schools are the worst in all of the Antelope Valley, but we can afford a ridiculous light up billboard saying "Welcome to Rosamond"!?

The sign is only visable if you are coming from Mojave into Rosamond on the 14 freeway and easily rivals the AV Fair sign as far as how bright it is. 

Rosamond is going in the dumpster and fast; Specifically the schools here. I can't tell you how many times this year alone my kids have had racial slurs thrown at them and the schools do nothing about it. The teachers at both elementary schools are so overwhelmed that the kids come home with 1-2 hours of homework a piece. What the heck are they doing in class?! The teachers tell me that they can't spend time with each of the students and must tend to those who are falling behind. Specifically they are spending massive amount of effort towards the English as a second language students, while the kids who want to move ahead are left to linger and get in trouble out of sheer boredom!

I am SERIOUSLY thinking about making a statement by puling my kids out of the public schools and home schooling them. I do anyways pretty much every night when I spend up to 4 hours with them trying to get my kids to grasp concepts that are on their homework. My youngest has found that she doesn't need to pay attention in school because there is no one to pay attention to her. She is very smart, yet is failing this year due to a lack of supervision and school funding...she along with several others.

Please download and distribute to as many homeowners as possible. Tell them not to walk away, stay in their homes.

 Today, we need more Thomas Paines and a few other good men like him as our freedoms and wealth have been stripped away at  an ever increasing pace by a government which has long ago become unresponsive to serving the citizens and serves the monied elite with unconstitutional policy,  laws, codes and decrees.  As we see our freedoms sacrificed in the name of security and our wealth sacrificed to bail out those who created the financial crisis it should be abundantly clear that our government has become unresponsive to the citizens and long ago lost sight of the vision and intent of our founders.

You don’t owe it — you only think you do and THEY want to keep you thinking that way so you’ll sign a new deal (”modification”) and release your defenses and claims. Your “lender” was paid in full by the mortgage wholesaler, who was paid by the investment banker and investors who were bailed out by insurers and the Federal Government with your own tax money. There is no debt left. Zero.
