Lancaster Seeks Construction Bids for Three Transportation Projects

The City of Lancaster has three transportation projects scoped for construction. Two are currently being advertised for construction bids, while the other is scheduled to be pushed out for bid by August 2nd. Grant funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) will cover more than 50 percent of the total cost of these projects.

If you are opposed to the building of the Wal-Mart Super Center in Quartz Hill, now is a good time to speak up.
