Stop Seeking for Loan Modifications: You don't owe the money

You don’t owe it — you only think you do and THEY want to keep you thinking that way so you’ll sign a new deal (”modification”) and release your defenses and claims. Your “lender” was paid in full by the mortgage wholesaler, who was paid by the investment banker and investors who were bailed out by insurers and the Federal Government with your own tax money. There is no debt left. Zero.

Earthquake Prison Break Question For Officials

Still Unanswered Public Safety Questions by LA County, Lancaster and Palmdale

In the event of a Large Earthquake, will most of OUR Sheriffs be reassigned to guarding the prison rather than patrol and security duties in the community?

Are you leaving on Vacation? The sheriffs department can help keep your home safe

Many people aren't aware of a great, free service offered by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's department. You can give them a call and they will send a volunteer officer or sheriff deputy by your home while you're away. They will check for anything suspicious like broken glass, open windows, open gates and other clues that may indicate a break-in.

Call the number corresponding to the city or sheriff station closest to you and request a Vacation security check.

Support the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department

My father died in 1987. When the doctor told me he was dead, I did not blame the doctor. I blamed my dad for over-eating all those years, giving himself heart disease.

Blaming the LASD for crime in the AV is just silly. Crime is a result of character flaws in individuals, which are the result of lack of education and lack of adequate child-rearing skills on the part of parents.
