WELCOME TO
CELTIC GARDEN CREATIONS

Browse though the catagories of handmade jewelry.
I am sure there is something here you just can't live without

All jewelry is made with precious metals and findings.
I use only fine gems, crystals,
and stones

My philosophy is also this:

NO SIZE TOO BIG OR SMALL!!  CUSTOM MADE TO YOUR SIZE!!

All jewelry is hand made by me, most designs are my creation
I do get inspiration from others,
but I always make the design mine

All items come either in a gift box, pouch or bag
and always a free gift included

what do you need to do to get a job around here!!!

What the heck does one  have to do to get a job around here?!!!

I recently moved here for family reasons, I'm not in the military and I'm not an aviation engineer.   So I'm already out of my league for my own profession.

But seriously, I put my resume in everywhere that I could possibly be overqualifed for.  No calls, nothing.   I know the economy is very tough right now. I see quite a few housing developments that won't be completed any time soon so it appears obvious that things are a little rough right now.

By now you have likely heard of the guy impersonating a cop in Palmdale to grope women, but if you haven't here is a story someone emailed me from the AV Press.

PALMDALE - Sheriff's deputies are searching for a man impersonating a police officer after a young woman reported being sexually assaulted early Sunday by a uniformed man driving a dark sedan.
The woman told sheriff's officials the man stopped her for a supposed traffic violation on Sierra Highway just north of Barrel Springs Road around 12:32 a.m., according to Deputy Robbie Royster.

The Divine Institution of Marriage

The Divine Institution of Marriage

SALT LAKE CITY 13 August 2008

Introduction

The California Supreme Court recently ruled that same-sex marriage was legal in California. Recognizing the importance of marriage to society, the Church accepted an invitation to participate in ProtectMarriage, a coalition of churches, organizations, and individuals sponsoring a November ballot measure, Proposition 8, that would amend the California state constitution to ensure that only a marriage between a man and a woman would be legally recognized. (Information about the coalition can be found at http://www.protectmarriage.com/).

Voting YES on prop 8 doesn't make me a biggot

Posted by A. Perhaps in rantopinionLancasterAntelope Valley

A. Perhaps

Or a racist.

I've gotten into some heated arguments over prop 8 in the past couple of weeks. Most times I allow the opposing views to be said without interruption, but yesterday I was called a racist and a biggot for voting yes on prop 8. A comparison being made to the 1950's and segregation.

To the person who thinks that somehow they will get their viewpoint heard by calling others slanderous names or flying off the handle, I say take a minute to think before you open your yapp. The second you start spewing hate is the second I stopped listening to anything flying out of your mouth.

Ace's Solutions To The Mortgage Crisis and Wall Street Collapse

1. Have everyone with a Mortgage send them in and have a big bonfire on the lawn of The White House and forgive all of everyone's "Bad Debt.."

2. Gather up the Passports of everyone in Congress who thinks this $750 "Buy Out or Investment Deal" is a good idea and watch the air ports so they can't leave suddenly...

Motorcross at the AV Fairgrounds is a major water waster

Posted by MACdiva in LancasterAntelope Valley

MACdiva

So here we are having a water crisis and each day when I come home from work I drive past the motorcross facility at the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds and see them hosing down the dirt out there. I know that they need to do this to keep the dust down, but doesn't this seem like a waste of water?!

Here I have gone to extremes in my own home to keep myself and my kids from using too much water and it really pisses me off to see such a blatent waste of water.

Is there some other way that they could keep the dust down?

Keep the business in the valley

Posted by Jim Stringer in Antelope Valley

Jim Stringer

How many people are taking care of their own? Shouldn't we keep as much business in the valley as possible?

I need a car, I go to Antelope Valley ford(I like Fords!).

I want to buy a house. I go to Coldwell Banker Hartwig, Susan Quinland is really a great realtor (661) 733-7849 and yes right here in the Antelope valley.  Susan respects her customers needs, and walk them through every single step.
