It is our right to know what is gong on and to get the real help that we need to save those rights. AV can be a beautiful place to live but the real estate fraud crooks like the banks, judges, real estate agencies (The new loan mod scammers)like Advantage Realty Group are stealing from us daily the very core of our souls by these crimes....MARCH ON CITY HALL!!!!!!

Didn't Advantage realty in Lancaster close down? Was it because they scammed people? My sister almost used them to sell her house a couple years back.

I am not sure if Advantage Realty is closed at this time as so many agencies have been forced to close because of the housing crunch. But I know currently I personally have a federal lawsuit against them and HSBC, Pite Duncan Law firm and Ocwen/GMAC for their fraudulent involvement in taking my home.
I am sure that the agents of Advantage are still out there lying and telling people that they are representatives for foreclosed bank properties and reselling foreclosure homes at a huge profi. Your sister was wise not to use them and if anyone is out there and know of Ron and Kandee Douglas they are thiefs posing as ligitamit representing real estate agents, BEWARE. Right now the sheriff's department,Lancaster court judges and ity Hall are not doing anything in the city about the fraud scams that are taking place in the city.
